If you're dealing with muscle cramps, restless legs, poor sleep, or just feeling run down, you might be low on magnesium. Most people are. That's why we created this.
This is concentrated magnesium chloride brine from the Dead Sea—2.75oz of bioavailable minerals including magnesium, potassium, sodium, and calcium chlorides. It supports nerve function, muscle performance, and electrolyte balance. Applied directly to your skin, it absorbs efficiently and bypasses your digestive system, which means your body can actually use it.
Why Topical Magnesium?
We typically recommend our magnesium flakes for soaking—it's a great way to absorb magnesium while you relax in a bath. But we know that's not an option for everyone. If getting in and out of a bathtub is difficult, or if you just don't have the time or ability to soak regularly, this oil gives you the same benefits in a convenient spray.
How to Use It
Start with one spray on the soles of your feet daily. You might feel a mild tingling sensation—that's normal and usually means you're low on magnesium. The tingling typically goes away as your body's levels come up with consistent use. Once you're used to it, you can apply it to other areas—legs, arms, abdomen, wherever you need it. Just avoid eyes, mouth, nose, and freshly shaved skin. If you want, you can rinse it off after 20 minutes, but leaving it on gives you maximum absorption.
The Details
We package it in amber glass with a fine mist sprayer to keep the minerals potent and make application easy. Shake it well before each use—natural settling happens with pure mineral brines.
