Made from Magnesium Chloride sourced from the Dead Sea, which includes the essential electrolyte minerals: Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, & Calcium Chloride.

Magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, and calcium chloride are all strong electrolytes. When dissolved in water, they completely dissociate into their constituent ions, which are the electrolytes that conduct electricity. We make this oil in small batches, using a slow method that preserves the electrolytes in the Magnesium oil. Due to the undiluted nature of our oil, we recommend that you only use 1 spray at a time.

Magnesium should be treated as a daily supplement. Especially since most of us are magnesium deficient, and it is so necessary for the human body to function at full capacity. When trying to decide between the Magnesium Flakes and the Magnesium Oil, you should think about your own situation. Do you have access to a tub that you can get in and out of easily, or a water basin that you can soak your feet in? If you do, the flakes are a wonderful way to get the Magnesium that your body needs. If you do not have access to that, then the oil is a great way to apply Magnesium to a specific part of your body. 

This Magnesium Oil comes in an amber glass bottle with a fine mist sprayer.
