Longhorn Meat

"That was the cleanest smell while it was cooking, and the best tasting meat I ever had. Tasted unbelievable." ~Happy Customer Maria~

"As Versatile as regular Beef, and as Healthy as Salmon, without the price tag of Salmon ;) !" ~L.K.~

Healthy may be a great selling point....

The Kiley Farm is dedicated to raising everything chemical free. It's been a way of life for us for many years now. While that's a way of life for us within our house, it doesn't stop at our four walls. No, that way of thinking is how we approach every single aspect of how we work on the farm. So, look at this chart, and feel good about the fact that

Longhorn meat only has 140 calories per serving! Its protein, fat and cholesterol levels are amazing in comparison to all the other meats listed.

Switching to Longhorn just makes sense!

...but taste wins everytime!

While we can tout how healthy longhorn is, don't think it's not delicious! From Briskets to fork tender Chicken Fried Steak, this is by far the best meat ever! I love the taste and it's next to impossible to eat regular beef after having Longhorn. Dry? NO! Tough? Not if you know how to cook it! The best, most tender, juiciest steak I've ever eaten in my life, was a longhorn steak.

"The meat was delicious!" ~Happy Customer B.G.~

So... How do I get some meat?

Simply contact us to see what's available and to get onto a client list. Right now is a great time to get on our list for 2021! We have reserved processing dates throughout 2021. Please know that we are a small family farm and we have a small amount of animals that are sold for meat each year. If you want to get on our list, please do so as soon as possible.
